Orders & Shipping
All prints are made to order and produced in small, carefully managed batches to reduce waste and maintain consistent quality across every piece.

Orders are produced in scheduled print runs. This means your piece is printed especially for you, with dispatch typically within 7-14 business days depending on the current production cycle.

By working in batch production, each print is individually checked and packed with care to ensure consistent colour, finish and presentation quality.

This approach also helps minimise overproduction and unnecessary waste, allowing each piece to be created only when it is needed.

When your order is packed and ready you will receive an email to confirm it’s on the way to you. Delivery will then typically take between 2-3 working days from dispatch for UK orders.

Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided artwork is intact and returned in its original condition.

Please note: custom pieces are non-refundable.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please get in touch as soon as possible. Please include photos of the damage to the artwork so the issue can be assessed and a refund or replacement will be arranged where appropriate.
